Martin D. Switalski

Martin D. Switalski has been Vice President Human Resources responsible for internal administration of the Company’s employee benefit plans, internal audit activities, tax planning and tax compliance since January 1, 2004. He participates in analysis and integration of merger and acquisition opportunities as the Company pursues its external growth plans and will continue to manage day-to-day funding activities as well as oversee the Company’s compliance with credit facilities. Marty has provided strong leadership in the area of benefits plan administration and his prior audit experience will serve him well in directing the internal audit function at Schurz.

Marty began his career with Schurz in May 1988 to form an internal audit function and was named Corporate Controller in January 1995. Prior to joining Schurz, he was senior auditor with Clark Equipment Company in South Bend. Marty is a CPA with a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University.
