The appointment of Andy Bruns as publisher of theHagerstown, Md. Herald-Mail in addition to his publishing responsibilities at the Somerset, Pa. Daily American (see story on page 8), has brought about the promotion of Daily American Business Manager Becky Flyte, to the newly created position of general manager at Somerset.
