Bob Berry is a seasoned telecommunications executive with over 25 years of leadership in network operations, engineering, and customer support. As Vice President of Service Assurance at Schurz Broadband Group, he leads cross-property support teams, including Technical Experience and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Bob is recognized for advancing automation, optimizing SLA-driven monitoring, and fostering high-performing, customer-centric teams. His career includes key leadership roles at several mid-sized telecom companies, where he has led multimillion-dollar OSS/BSS transformations, fiber network expansions, and critical network operations. He consistently aligns technical performance with business goals to deliver measurable improvements in service and customer experience. Bob holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
